The format of the NEET exam has changed significantly over the past two years. In 2021, the pattern had a comprehensive overhaul. In 2022, an additional time of 20 minutes was added to the total time of 3 hours. It is most likely to continue in 2025.

Number of Sections: There will be two sections – A and B; in each subject.

Section A will compromise of 35 questions and Section B will have 15 questions. Candidates may opt to attempt any of the 10 out of 15 questions in Section B. Hence the NEET exam pattern 2025, includes 200 total questions out of which 180 of which must be answered.
